Adventure therapy is an experiential approach allowing the individual to process utilizing the outdoor environment through hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle-boarding, beach walks and yoga.
Clients will be educated on mindfulness which creates a state of focusing on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations in the present moment.
